We are more than happy to set up the equipment for you. If you just want it connected we can provide this service or should you need a DJ or sound engineer for the entire event then we can assist with this.

We are able to provide service from a DJ all the way up to full production to a festival.

If you do not have insurance to cover your event then there are many organisations that can assist you with one off policies.

One such company is Events Insurance. Events Insurance are not affiliated with London Speaker Hire and we are providing this as a helpful link only.

When requesting insurance please check your quote for the total equipment cover required.

As part of our terms and conditions of hire you need to make sure that you have an insurance policy that covers you for the full replacement cost of equipment as per our Terms and Conditions.

Your quote will provide you with the total amount this comes to.

If you would like to pay by bank transfer then please use the bank details listed on your quote.

It’s imperative that you use the quote number as your payment reference as there will be a delay in your booking confirmation if we do not have this.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cheques or cash payments.

To make it as easy as possible for you to pay, you can use our secure online payment system (which can be found here) any time of the day or night. This system allows you to pay by debit or credit card. Our secure payment processing partner is Square Payments.

Add in a few el Pastor with guac and diced onions. It’s a wonderful morning for breakfast tacos. It’s raining tacos, from out of the sky, tacos, don’t even ask why. Side of rice and beans, please. Tacos, again? This will be 5 times this week and it’s only Tuesday.

When hiring from London Speaker Hire you will need to provide three forms of identification.

The first ID must be a UK passport which will be held for the duration of the hire. The other two forms of ID needs to be a utility bill or bank statement with your name and address on it. Unfortunately we are unable to accept mobile phone bills.

These ID’s will be returned to you upon the return of the equipment.

When hiring equipment we will take a copy of your credit or debit card for authorisation (it will need to be in the same name as your identification). No money will be charged to it but a check will be run to make sure it is a valid card.

2) Complete the hire form which can be found here. To help us give you the best quote possible please make sure you include as much information as possible.

3) Sit back and relax! One of our friendly team will get back to you with a quote via e-mail. All you need to do is read through the quote and confirm that the information is correct and as required.

4) As soon as you have made the deposit payment to confirm you booking we will pop you over an e-mail to let you know the kit and services are reserved ready for you.
