Our aim is to try and be as flexible as possible as we know how stressful it can be putting on an event or with knowing the best fit equipment so please drop us a line or ping us an email.
If you need help to drop off or pick up equipment outside of listed hours then please get in touch and we will do our best to assist you.

Due to the nature of some of the larger equipment we do need as much time as possible to fit demos in around stock availability and specific technicians.
Out of office hours (listed below) we run a technical support answerphone service which will take a message.
This will be picked and pass it onto the appropriate person to assist you as soon as possible.
We will not be able to deal with any other matters on the technical support line.
We are a family run business and it really does matter to us that you are happy with the service and equipment we have provided.
Although we strive to make sure we hit the mark if for any reason you are less than happy we want to hear from you.
